You will replace beef with plant-based bacon and sausages for this vegan creamed chipped beef on toast recipe. The taste will be pretty much the same as the traditional one. Give it a taste, will ya?

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 slices vegan sourdough bread
- 4 strips plant-based bacon
- 1/2 cup plant-based ground sausage
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tbsp gluten-free flour blend
- 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup flax milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup garden kale, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large skillet, cook the smart bacon and plant-based ground sausage according to the package instructions. Then, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the vegan butter over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, then sauté until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
- Sprinkle the gluten-free flour blend over the onions and garlic, stirring constantly to make a white roux. Cook for 2 minutes to remove the raw flour taste.
